Ibu Ketut smiled when she saw Sarah and the Outreach Team coming. Most of the time, Outreach Team visits will include helping the patient to get a shower, change clothes, cleaning their place before we give their monthly injection, and checking if the oral medication is given regularly by the family members. Ibu Ketut used to wander and agitated within the community but now with the right medication and family support, she’s now calmer and they have released her from her chain.
